Travel insurance is not included by default. But we highly recommend that you buy a comprehensive policy separately and choose insurance as an add-on.

We have different cancellation policies for tours. They can be:

• Partial
• Full refunds
• No refund

Based on timing and circumstances, the refund policy can vary. You can contact our customer care department to get detailed information.

As we give custom tours, you can schedule a tour by collaborating with our team. Before confirmation, everything will be discussed with you. You can give suggestions, and our team will see how we can accommodate those.

The following things are not involved:

• Airfare
• Meals
• Optional tours
• Visa fees

The details are already mentioned in each of our packages.
